so as many of you know i have posed about how hard it is for me to exercise, well i have exercise class 4 dyas a week and out of 8 classes i have only missed 1 cuz i really was not feeling well, that's a big deal for me.

i still was not 100 % but i went and just took things really slow.

Congrats on committing to a better, healthier you!  Missing once in a while because you don't feel well is a very legitimate "excuse", and forcing yourself to go when you don't feel well is not only miserable for you (and a real UN-motivator), but also unsafe for those around you.

Keep up the good work!    Soon your body will begin to actually crave the activity, and you'll really feel it if you miss a class!

First congrats to you sweetandsassy, by chosing to workout you will feel better and lose weight easier. As in all things go easy in the beginning maybe a swimm class or just walking a couple of times a day. Increase things slowly, this is not a race. The early aches and pains will soon fade away and you will find it easier to do that what use to pain you. Good luck Willie
