You got very good advice here. Shop the perimeter of the store mostly, and focus on watching the protein and carb content, especially the sugar part of the carbs. Cottage cheese smashed with a fork, with a touch of milk added can become a liquid if you sma**** up enough. Cottage cheese and yogurt are still some of my #1 favorites, they are easy and high in protein. This will all get easier as you go. Hardest part is trying to get creative enough to keep from getting bored with foods.
