we have new members again this week

we grow by 15-20 members every week. lets be sure and give them the support they need. you new people be sure and post, give us your name you go by,tell us about yourselves. the more we get to know you, the more we can help you.

we have a bariatric buddy chat session every monday. 7 eastern, 6 central, 5 mountain and 4 pacific in the bariactri buddy chat room that you see on your right. it is a good way to get to know people.
