Bariatric Buddy
Made it home safe and sound
Hey buddies! Just wanted to drop a quick note to let you all know I made it home safe and sound from my surgery. So far all is going well, and each day is better than the last. Tonight is a bit uncomfortable, as I am in "swell hell". I am sooo swollen that my compression garments feel like they are trying to cut me in half. I am pretty sure that my swelling is increased tonight, due to the fact that I got little walking in today, compared to days past. BUT, have been very tired and sore all day. The travels home were a bit much, but I am fine, just pooped.
Well, I hope this message find you all doing well and taking good care of yourselves! Hugs to all... Now off to bed for me!

So glad to have you back. I'm hoping the swelling and discomfort improve quickly. Just being home seems to help doesn't it? I'm sure the long trip wasn't fun but hopefully the worst is behind you now and things will just get better and better as the days go by. Just keep thinking of how happy you'll be with the end result! Get lots of rest now!

Rhonda
