Ok.. I need help with this. Are all of these so gritty and nasty?
Can anyone recommend a chewable calcium citrate that is not so nasty??

My dr. office gave me a sample of "Celebrate" but the I can't stand the gritty texture.

i use building blocks on all my vitamins and all are chewables.  i want to go with quality even if they might not be to my liking, but these are ok to me.  please don't get plain old over the counter multi, calcium or iron. they are too important for your survival. good luck vick

I use the soloray brand of chewable calcium citrate, it is orange flavored and the grit is gone within moments. I do not mind these at all. It takes trial and error to find ones that you are able to take. Until you find your favorite, continue to take one of the gritty ones. I initially found the soloray at the local health food store, now order them online.

Bariatric advantage has cinnimon flavored chews , but check out meltingmama.net she has a chewable calcium there that she has reviewed and it was like a chocolate chew of some sort.
