PASTA THAT I USE AND IS GOOD FOR YOU

i know we aren't supposed to use carbs that are useless. i use:

BARILLA PLUS
GOOD SOURCE OF PROTEIN AND ALA OMEGA-3
MULTIGRAIN PASTA
2 OZ SERVING SIZE HAS 10 G OF PROTEIN. ( I ONLY EAT ABOUT 1 OZ IF EVEN THAT)
IT ONLY COMES IN PENNE, AT LEAST THAT I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO FIND
HAS VITAMINS AND MINERALS.  I EAT ABOUT 5-7 PIECES IF I WANT SPAGHETTI OR SHRIMP IN  ALFREDO SAUCE (U CAN GET THE LIGHT VERSION IN RAGU BRAND)

thought this might help people with a little variety.  i don't like it as good as regular pasta but i'm developing a taste  for it.

So far not craving pasta.  Have had 1 bite of a hamburger helper meal that Dennis likes and 1 bite is enough for me, craving protein and then veggies, then sugar free popsicles.

I added a few rice chow mein style noodles to a stir fry the other day for crunch factor, skipped the cooked rice.
