well today is bicycle hunting day. our granddaughter's birthday is this saturday and she is growing like a weed. she has outgrown her first bicycle we got her last year.

then off to visit my parents. what with the snow and everything i haven't visited them in two weeks.  i call every day, but i need to get over there.
i dread going over there because my dad has turned into a number one turd.  he is so hateful to me.  i just had to distance myself from him for a little while.

todd just got off the phone to denver, where they did his lung transplant, and they said he could do his surgeries (if he needs one) here.  they will just fly him to denver if things go wrong. they have done that about 3-4 times before. then i just drive to denver by myself to be with him, it is 400 miles from here.  he is on the phone to denver again now.  let you know more later on.

isn't it great that patrece came through with flying colors!!???!!  i was getting worried about her when we didn't hear anything.

well, now about you guys, any cross dressing yet?  not wearing your hubbies clothes or anything?  are you getting enough water, exercise, protein?  don't let yourself go into starvation mode, make sure you eat enough. now that doesn't mean to pig out, but if you go into starvation mode  you will quit losing weight.

have a wonderbar day. vick

I am having that wonderbar day Vick.  We had a busy shift, I got in 7500 steps on my pedometer during the shift.  That is nearly 3.5 miles, seems like I was walking in circles all night (I did).

Dennis and I stopped by the store to pick up needed things, it is nice to have help carrying the bags.  Then I headed off to bed for sleep.  I slept till 3:30, nice long sleep for during the daytime.  I woke up with my yorkie snuggled to my shoulder like we had velcro between us.  She is a great 6# heating pad, even when I don't need a heating pad.  She has migrated from clinging in bed to snuggling on the sofa.  One of her multiple talents.

Tried to get my hubby to cross dress, wearing my clothes.  The "NO" came across loud and clear with the look he gave me.  So, no, nope, nada on the crossdressing today.

I sat here and figured out the protein that I have had in today, and I need to find something else with protein to eat.  Cottage cheese, here I come.

Hope you find the right bike for your granddaughter Vick.  It is amazing how quickly they sprout up and grow.  Take care of yourself and Todd.  I am glad to hear that you have some distance between you and your folks, get your dad to straighten up and treat you like the fine lady you are.  And be kind to yourself.  Hugs, Kathy
