I'm back

Good Morning everyone.  I had computer issues yesterday and missed everyone.  But I am back today.  Happy Monday Morning everyone.  Patrece is in surgery as I write.  This should take several hours, she is having her plastic surgery today.  Waiting to hear from her daughter Candace later on today. 

Thanks for everyone who took the time to post and reply yesterday.  It is great how when one of us is away the others pick up the slack.  Greeting all those whe are having surgery this week with my thoughts and prayers.  Welcome to the loser's bench to those whe had surgery last week.  Come share your thoughts and feelings with the group.  Remember sip, sip, sip, nap, nap and supplements.  Alternating with several short walks.  Protein reigns supreme in our diet plans.  Think high quality, low fat proteins. 

It is snowing lightly here in northern MN this morning.  Not enough to think about shoveling at this time.  Heading off to the gym with Dennis in a bit.  Got to start the week off right.

You have been a busy lady, how is the quilting and crafing coming along. Keep me posted.

I am anxiously awaiting to hear how Patrece is doing. I know its along surgery have angels looking over her . Great with you and everyone with the love, prayers concerns well wishes etc.
Im off back to work from lunch and will check updates tonite for news.
