HEY ALL!

Good afternoon to all!

I've  been in  bed for a good portion of the day.  We went to Red Lobster for dinner last night and I decided I was going to have leftover lobster for breakfast.  I know, I know, nobody ever accused me of beinn the brightest bulb in the chandelier, but I figured low cal, high protein, why not?  I ended up with some pretty severe tenderness in my pouch and am just now starting to feel normal again.

My oldest son is here for a visit for a couple of days.  He commandeered my computer so I'm on the laptop.  He doesn't live that close to me and doesn't drive so I don't get to see him all that often although we usually talk on the phone once or twice a week.  He is a college student but as it is with many, he doesn't really know what he wants major in.  Time will tell and I'm just grateful that after many volatile teenage years, he is staying out of trouble.  It was pretty cool though, when he made a comment on my weight loss!

So all in all it's been a pretty lazy day today.  I would go to the gym but it's men's day so I'll have to wait until tomorrow.  This has been a good week for weight loss; I dropped another pound which brings me a total of 7 for the week.

Hope you are all having a good one!

Take up Vick's idea of cross dressing and head to the gym dressed as a man, lol.  Enjoy the visit with your son.  Nice he noticed the difference.  I would have done the leftover lobster for breakfast too.  Then working night shift, I am a different breed from normal folks.  Glad you pouch is better now.  Hoping to get some seafood myself this evening.  7 pounds is great for a week.  Take care and have a great one.
