Ice cream question

Before any one yells at me it is to early, I HAVENT TRIED IT!

Just wondering is it to early to add SUGAR FREE ice cream to my protein shakes? I crave ice cream so bad, but being only 3 weeks out not sure if it is to early or ok, to have a little bit or to even mix it into a shake.

i eat sugar free ice cream but not that early out. i would ask my nut if i were you.  vick

My Nut said it was okay, but only one scoop and don't go crazy!!

I find I get nearly the same satisfaction from adding ice cubes to the blender, makes the protein shake more the consistency of a malt.  Ask your nut.  Hugs, Kathy
