my surgery was last friday right away in the morning, I slept the rest of the day from what I can remember.  Saturday I was up walking and moving the best i could, I was really starting to think to myself why I had this done.  Later Saturday night it was like a switch was turned and I started to feel 10 times better.  Each day I still feel better and better and am very happy i went through with it.  Tomorrow I will be able to start the Puree diet don't remember what all the details for that are so I will be going over my paperwork from the dietician this evening between drinking water and getting up and moving.  I hope everyone else that has surgery last week is doing as well as I am.

Ninajean, I am so thrilled that your surgery went fine and you are well on the road to recovery.  Even tho my surg was 2 days before yours, I don't feel I am bouncing back quite as quickly.  Maybe being 53 has something to do with it. LOL!!!  Wow! pureeds already - I don't get there till the beginning of week 3.  Glad to hear you are doing so great!!  Hugs  --  Jan
