thanks ladies!!! i am hoping i can continue this since i know that they check for nicotine in your blood. and i can't risk not having this surgery

thanks everyone!!! i am scared knowing that they will test my blood for nicotine. i dont want to be denied because of smoking. i have my echo next month and i want to give my heart a break from now till then anyway...so far i like being a non smoker ;)

charla, congratulations. get you some sugar free candy to suck on. that is what i did. i got the wurther's, the smokey, buttery flavor helped my craving. after i put them down i have not picked them back up since 7/31/89. good luck to you. you can do it!!!!
