Better Day

Having an extremely better day today. After talking to some friends and my hubby there was a misunderstanding somewhere. But today I decided it was back to the basics, jus****er all day long. no protein, got to sick on that, was either to heavy this far out, or to much, or the sugars in the milk. But in talking to my friends some who went through the same clinic I pushed myself to soon. So I am relaxing on the idea of anything heavier then water or sugar free pops (mmm my new all time fav)

The fever finally broke, makes me believe more and more it was the flu.
Today is  yucky rain day, hard to go outside and walk, I am trying to get up and walk around the apartment, but there is only so far we can go, and I still get overwhelmed walking, so worried about going to a store and walking to far and having no where to sit. I am doing my best here in the apartment.

just wanted to let everyone know I am doing better, still trying to get the hang of things, it is tough learning this new life, but with all the help I am getting everywhere I am doing well.

Thank You all

Thank you for the update, so glad that things are looking up.  Make small improvements.  Sip as much as possible to stay hydrated and never hesitate to ask questions here or of your surgeon.

So glad thing is getting better for you.   It does get better one day at a time..   Just take it slow.  Just do the best you can.  You will do fine.   I will be praying for you.

Hi Melissa. So glad you are feeling better and no more fever. I think walking around your apartment is probably best until you are feeling up to going out. Hang in there, I hear it gets much better after those first couple of weeks. I look forward to following in your footsteps soon and will probably be seeking your advice as to how you made these adjustments and got thru the rough part! Take care, keep improving, and you're in my prayers!
