hi my name is apryl i had rny a year ago. so far i have lost 106lbs, but still need to lose about 30 more to be at goal and hoping w/ support and encuragement i can get those lbs off.

apryl, welcome to the group. you will find support here and that will be great for you.  you will also help support others and that will be great for us.  an all around good situation.  you can lose 30 lbs standing on your head.  i know the last pounds are the hardest to lose, but you can do it.  hang in there. let me know what i can do to help. vick

Best of luck for those last 30 lbs.
Maybe try mixing up your exercise routine.
If you walk, try light jogging, etc.

Congrats Apryl, on your great success so far. I am 1 1/2 years out and am down 109 lbs. I am pleased with the results foir sure!
You can do This! I am  happy to help support you in any way I can! It does slow down at this point, especially being so close to goal, but the loss will continue gradually if you do everything your supposed to.
Make sure you are getting in the water like you should. That can often slow our loss if we are not, as we hold fluids. Also water is essential to flush the lipids out of our bodies. Hang in there...you are doing awesome!
