i am going to my weekly shrink visit. he is really a nice man.  he is in his 70's and i worry about him retiring.  he already has cut his client base, but he kept  me. i'm sppppeeeccciallll!!!!  lol  then is off to the dentist for my twice yearly cleaning and exam. then to the store to get some yogurt, we are outtttttt.  then home to either a. rest b. bath the yorkie c. clean house.  even though  my intentions try to be good, i will probably wind up resting.  you guys know how that goes.  i would really like  to hear from everybody, i want to make some friends.
so what is up in your world today?  do u have any special plans or did you do anything special?  let's talk.  well hope you all have a great day. vick

Hello Buddies!

Sounds like a busy day for you, Vick!  And how absolutely awesome that you are going to visit with Kathy, Patrece!  I wish I could drive up there and hang out with the two of you!

Well, I have nothing special going on today - just working
BUT today is my 4 month surgiversary so it is a special day to me!!!

I am so thankful that I stayed the course, fought the fight, and had RNY surgery.  It hasn't been easy, but it has been SO worth it!  I feel so much better - physically, emotionally, and mentally.  I am filled with so much HOPE.  I am so grateful to feel that I am LIVING!

I hope all of you have a fantastic rest of the day!

Take care!

Hi Vickie and all!

I would have answered this earlier in the day, but I was having problems getting on the website.  The pages wouldn't load properly and I could only read posts, but not respond.

I had a pretty darn good day today.  I went and got a new sewing machine this morning.  It wasn't cheap but it is so much better than my old one, which I only paid $80 for brand new (Walmart special).  This time I got a lower end Viking and I just love it.  It has a little memory and I can do a little embroidery and I get a couple of lessons, although the earliest they had open was April!  I just love it and can't wait to get the basement rearranged so I can set up my permanent sewing area.

I went to the gym today and had them give me a better workout.  I will be sore tomorrow but at least I feel like I did something; it was a good work out.  I also had them take my measurements.  I'm down a total of 29 inches from my previous measure which was in the middle of November.  WOOHOO!

Anyway, that was my day today.  I hope you had a good day Vickie and everybody and hopefully I won't have problems getting on here tomorrow.
