? on Yogurt
Ok, normally i (thought ) i could only tolerate the whip yogurt. It's still my favorite, but at sams i brought some activa cuz i remember seeing Jamie Lee in the commercials. I ate it, i put cheerios in it. I was told i could put grape nut cereal in it as well.
Can anyone suggest any other good brands to try for a typical non yogurt eater? I know the whip type is not low fat or light so i am trying to phase myself off of it. The activia was not that bad.

I'd love to give you suggestions here, but activa is my yogurt of choice. Now what you could do is try freezine some, and having a yogurt popsicle, type treat. I LOVE the peach one. and usually I don't like peach flavored anything.. but peach is my absolute fav activa flavor.
Remember too, that after surgery many of our food tastes can change. You may find you really enjoy yogurt after you have come through your surgery. Good luck! Hopefully others will chime in and share thier ideas on brands they like.
