Hi Everyone,
I just had to share that I had a good report with my NUT appt today.
I am down  8 lbs for the month. 

while it may not seem like a lot to some of you.. Please remember that I have not had surgery yet.

My goal for my appt next month (my last before surgery) is 7 lbs.

I think being down 8 pounds in a month is terrific for some one who is still pre-op.  Keep up the great work!

You are doing awesome! And it is great to hear from you! where have you been hiding? I am so proud of your efforts! I know you have worked hard for that 8 lbs off which is wonderful!!!

 Congrats on the loss.  It is even harder before you get the tool that surgery provides.  Keep up the good work. 

that's great, i too am seeing the nut soon, and i am anxious to see how i am losing and how much i will lose before surgery
