Fun Visual!!! How many sticks of butter have you lost?

ok so there are 4 sticks of butter in a pound. Butter, as we all know is pretty much fat. So.. lets take a good "look " at how much we have really lost!
I personally have eliminated a whopping 436 sticks of butter from this bod... yeeeeeeeeewwwwww no wonder I felt so icky!

400, that is quite a pile of butter or fat.  Good riddance.
