Thinking of adding frozen strawberries or banana to the see how it tastes ..
I am just looking for different ideas to try. Also looking for idea of pureed food to eat when I am ready to start eating.

i would forget the strawberries at the beginning. they have seeds and good damage your stomach at first. bananas sound like a great idea. i just use choc. whey isolate protein and some milk and it is yummy. also you could try some sort of smoothie thing, just be careful of seeds. i got some fat free, sugar free ice cream and i bet that would be good in a shake in place of the milk. good luck to you. vick
EXPERIENCE WITHOUT REFLECTION IS HOLLOW
YEAYYYYYY!!! Wow you must be so excited!!! Keeping you in my thoughts and prayers! I'm a scootin over for you!
something that is very high in protein and very smooth is this:
Pumpkin Pudding:Just combine a 6-ounce container of nonfat vanilla yogurt with ½ cup canned 100% pure pumpkin puree and a dash of cinnamon. The pumpkin bulks up the yogurt--already a protein-rich, nutrient-packed food--and adds a hefty dose of fiber.
This recipe will give you several servings early out, as we are not supposed to eat more than 1 oz initially. This recipe, with the 1/2 c pumpkin and 6 oz of yogurt will make 10 oz. For the whole amount it is less than 150 cal's and packed with protein and other nutrients.
Gonna go post this in our recipe area before I forget to.
Good luck! It's great to be a loser!

This makes a large shake, maybe make half or freeze half for later. Take 1 cup milk, 1 tsp of crystal light powder, 1 tsp of sugar free instant pudding powder, 1 scoop of protein powder and 1 cup of ice cubes.
I am a fan of lemonade crystal light mixed with vanilla protein and sugar free lemon pudding. Also love chocolate protein powder with chocolate pudding (skip the crystal light). Last night mixed vanilla protein, grape crystal light and vanilla pudding. Very grape flavored, intense. Frozen fruit may be substituted for all or part of the ice. Use a good blender to get the ice chopped smooth. Sometimes gets a little foamy, just let it sit for a bit to settle the foam out. Experiment with different flavor combinations. May also use sugar free syrups for added flavors.
