cravings
Mine disappeared for quite a while after surgery, now when I crave chocolate, I satisfy it with a chocolate flavored protein shake. The protein satisfies and keeps me full longer. The cravings do reappear, at least mine did, but not nearly as strong as before. I have made so much progress in the weight loss that I do not want to lose the success. Making smarter decisions about what passes my lips happens every day. Work on making the best choices you can. If the chocolate craving is there, try distracting by doing something else, go for a walk, brush your teeth, chew some great flavored sugar free gum. I feel the urge for something sweet after some meals, I have a sugar free popsicle, that usually does the trick.

Always try to satisfy that craving with a chocolate protein source. (low carb no added sugar, sugar free, etc)
