Lost 114 lbs. working on getting rid of a recent 10 lb regain...and WILL succeed!
Nothing too serious. They gave me full liquids, before testing my pouch with clears. I spent all day nauseous, and all last night dry heaving. This morning was full of blood work, and bladder scans. Everything was OK by around noon, and I was feeling a lot better. After the dry heaves I had been scared stiff to drink anything. So when I wasn't voiding they got concerned. I had to explain I hadn't drank a thing TO void. I am going to try and focus on drinking, and moving as able. Tonight I am in a bit more pain than I was earlier but I think its just from the activity of coming home.
Thanks for the support everyone!

Just as a suggestion.. I had a hard time with liquids my first couple of weeks. Sugar free popsicles will be easier to handle as an alternative at times, and are very tasty and work well to help hydrate you. they are also rather soothing on your throat .

Crystal, congrats on arriving home after surgery. Sip, sip, sip. Listen to your body and alternate activity and naps with the sipping. Looking forward to reading more of your thoughts as you recover. Hugs, Kathy
