Congrats Kathy! I stalled out again for the second time since surgery, bummer but I'm not giving up I have come to far.  I have a question for anyone that could answer actually. I went to the store and bought that biotin that you told anna about for hair loss because my hair is falling out left and right but when i got home I noticd it was the capsules and i know that i am not supposed to have capsules with the rny can I still take theses or do i need to take them back and if I can still take them how could i go about taking them?

Hey Bonnie! Two things here..
First...Don't let the stalls / plateaus get you. I have hit a plateau at least once every month since I had my wls. Our bodies have a lot of catching up to do with all of the changes we are experiencing. It gets nervous and is trying to preserve itsself. Totally normal. I used to get upset about it, but then realized it was just how my body responded and cycled. It will pick back up, so no fears! Take a few minutes and make sure you are getting in plenty of water and protein and movement as well. If not, up them. If so, shake up your routine a bit and hang in there, as this too shall pass.

The biotin, depends upon the type of capsule. If it is a Solid capule like tylenal gel caps...not a good choice. If it is one of those filmy type capsules with the bioitin inside of it, you should be fine. But again I must make my disclaimer here that I am not a doctor and this is not meant to be medical advise or override the advice of your doctor.  There.. thats out of the way now! LOL.

Good luck gal! Usually the hair loss only lasts 2 to 3 months and it will come back.
