I hit the century mark - 100# gone

I was pleasantly surprised

yesterday when I stepped on the scale and saw that I had hit one of my goals, losing the first 100 pounds

of excess weight. Good to start the new year with a wonderful

wow moment. I still have a ways to go, but am happy with the results to this point. Took me 10 months total to lose the pounds, I have never managed to lose and keep of 10 pounds a month. This gives me added incentive to continue to eat well,

starting with the proteins. Also to keep up the exercise, I find that I need and crave

exercise several times a week. Anyone that says that weight loss surgery is the easy way out, is so

wrong. This is lots of work, and I would do the surgery over again in a heartbeat.

Thank you to all the new friends I have here at OH who have encouraged me over the last months. Couldn't have done it without you.
