Hi Jeanine!

Good to "see" you... been thinking about you and how your journey has been going.

I'm sorry for the loss of your mom... first holidays after the loss of a loved one are difficult, I know from experience as I'm sure many here do as well. Nice thing I've found about online communities are they are there for you! 24/7 can come and share...

Will be praying for you during this time and hope to hear more from you soon, Jeanine!

God bless,
Susan

Hey Jeanine..My heart is with you as the holiday season `unfolds. I know it must be very hard for you. Try to cherish past memories and find some comfort in them. I am sure that is what she would have wanted for you. I know it is easier said than done. I don't have the words or way to ease the difficulty of your situation, but know I care and you are in my heart and prayers and that if I could I would take your pain.

Hi Jeanine, sorry about the loss of your mother.  Maybe viewing a movie or two that she especially loved will help you to feel her presence this time of the year.  Don't get too stressed out about other family member's birthdays.  Time to have wonderful memories of happy Christmas' past.

I am here everyday, sometimes more often, just come on back and share any ol time you need to.  That's what 'buddies' are for.  Hugs, Kathy

Hey Jeanine. I'm so sorry about your loss. This is my second without my father and I tend to get somewhat sad and down at Christmas because I miss him and other close people that are not with us any more. Like everyone said, remember the good times you had together and know that she wouldn't want you to be upset. You'll be in my prayers as we go thru this season.

The last post I saw from you, you were having some sort of problem with getting a surgery date I think. My terrible memory doesn't recall just what, but has any of it been resolved? If not, I'm sure you ARE frustrated. Maybe coming here can help with both.

Hugs,
Rhonda
