Lets share ideas... What is your all time favorite source of protein?

Thank u for starting this thread.  i am having trouble getting in my protein as I am supposed to be eating it rather than drinking it and I am not being very successful.
I tried pot roast tonight which was moist but did not settle very well.

I like the myoplex lite shakes. 

Reduced fat Jiff Peanut butter

Part skim stringsters

fat free refried beans

tuna fish

eggs

I would appreciate any feedback from the long timers

While I know and understand that you are supposed to be getting your protein from your foods... only you know if you are in reality able to do that. If you are not, considering supplementation may be needed.
If you are going to try to eat beef, aside fromj ground, try to prepare it either by using a slow cooker and cooking it until it falls apart, or in a pressure cooker, until it falls apart. That is the only way I can eat "solid" beef.
