How do I make a progress banner like everyone has in their signatures. Thanks

Ok to make your ticker, go to the link that says "my account" at the top of this page to the right. Then on the lower left of the my account page click on the link that says health tracker. There you can enter your weight and your goal weight. once you do that click on the tab that says "ticker" then choose your design and follow the directions given there and walla you've got it!
