Grapes

I have read on more then one post that people are eating grapes. Well, I have a suggestion for you to try. Down here in Florida it is hot and I love cold things. I wash and detach my grapes (the red seedless type) and put them in the freezer. They are so yummy when you take out a couple and eat them. Next time you buy some of the red grapes, try a few out. Hope you like them.

My mom used to do that with both the red and green ones.  Thanks for the reminder.  Haven't had that in years.  They can also be used as your fruit in a blended frozen shake.  Add the frozen grapes or other fruits instead of or in addition to some ice cubes.

sounds great! I love my grapes. They are one of my things I eat fairly regularly. They may be a little higher in natural sugar than some fruit, but I have decided on my journey, if it is only naturally occurring in a fruit, then it is okay for me, I just eat them in moderation. (5 or 6). I'll have to give em a try frozen. Thanks for the idea!
