Hello everyone, new to this group

Hello, I began this wls journey with a RNY Oct 28 2009. It has been quite smooth, taking in my water, vitamins, protein and walking.  I have lost 23 lbs from 251  to begin with.  I am grateful to this site for its great information and the members who are very knowledgeable and try to help every way they can.  Hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving.
