The Wii game
I have the wii, still haven't got it hooked up right, plan to work on that when I can no longer walk outdoors due to the snow.

I too have the Wii and I have the AE active to go with it, not the fit. The active is a more intense workout, providing you with a virtual private trainer. I love it.. but be sure to start on an easy enough mode, cuz if you start it too vigerous, you'll be like me and not be able to walk for 2 or 3 days without moaning, groaning and looming like you just rode a horse all day... lol.

Lost 114 lbs. working on getting rid of a recent 10 lb regain...and WILL succeed!
Hi Annie,
I have the Wii fit and the original Wii fit game disk. Recently, they have come out with Wii fit plus and I got it from Amazon for $20. It has more activities and is almost the same as the original. Like most people said the EA active is more intense and not sure what level you are, but for some who are already very active that one would be fine. I also think the best thing of all time is the old fashioned treadmill. You can walk as slow or as fast as you want.
Hope this helps, Joyce
