Good morning buddies!!!!!

I awoke this morning to a beautiful sunrise to the east. The sky was painted with pinks and oranges, with whispy grey clouds cutting through it in the distance. Beautiful! Now I have to say, I can be an odd one I guess, because as I looked at the beautiful canvas before me (sunrise) I found a lesson in it. I want to share what I discovered with you all.

Even tho there may be some clouds, the sun still rose and made a powerful and brilliant entrance into this day. I too may have some clouds looming over me at times, but I should and will follow the lead of the sun. I will still arise each day powerfully, and I will do my best to shine brilliantly and rise above those clouds of adversity.

It is my hope and wish for all of you, that you too can follow the lead of the sun and make the most of each day you have.

Hugs and love to you all!
Patrece

I prefer the scene from your window of the one from mine.  The fog settled in thick overnight, less than 2 blocks visibility here in town, the roads and sidewalks are slick.  Please drive with your headlamps on during inclement weather.  Made it home still on me feet, slip, sliding a little with each step.  I anticipate a sunny day when the fog is burned off by the sun.

Love the thought of painting your own plan.  I too have a cloud or two at times, finding that I can mentally paint myself a brighter picture, using all my favorite colors.  I plan to have a great day, sleep in just a few minutes, getting into the carpool to go to Duluth for the support group put on by my surgeon's office.  The three of us that share a ride have the hour drive each way to work through each others issues, before and after the group support session.

I will be MIA for much of the day.  Looking forward to reading all the replies later on today.  Off to watch home movies, shown on the inside of my eyelids.  Hugs, Kathy

Thank you for the beautiful picture.  It is sunny here also, although most of the pretty leaves have fallen.  I am new to this site.  # week post op.  Have some good days and some bad.  Need all the help I can get.  Thanks for the motivation.
Where do I find some recipes?

Good morning lovely ladies! The morning here is overcast and very cold. They're calling for rain today so I hope I can get a walk in before that.  My aunt is staying with me for a few weeks and she has a little beagle, I have a sheltie, so running around with the two of them in the yard has been great exercise lately.

I hope everyone has a great day. Treat yourself well, you deserve it!

Love and hugs,
