Monday thoughts

Wow, left work in the bright sunshine.  I love walking in the sunshine.  Lifts my spirit.  Got home and before I even took my coat off, asked the dogs if they "wanted to go for a walk?"  Now any good dog does not turn down the chance to get out and water lots of trees.  So I put my gloves back on and got Dennis rounded up and agreeing to walk too.  We were outside walking for 35 minutes.  My ears were getting a little cold, we could see our breath as we walked.  Whopping 28 degrees out there this morning.  We passed many cars that were defrosting their windows.  Saw leftover Halloween decorations, partially set up Christmas decorations, sometimes in the same yard.

I will be MIA from chat tonight, local support group that I attend is meeting at the same time.  Pass on my greetings to everyone, I will miss the visiting.

I felt like something warm to eat after the walk, just didn't have the ambition to cook anything, so served up my usual cottage cheese and fruit.  My next thing today is sleep.  Remember to tell yourself that you are going to do good things for your mind and body.  Then of course do the good things.  Stay positive, upbeat.  Hugs, Kathy

Hello Kathy and all of my buddies!

Sunshine is eluding us today.  Dreary, cold, and wet are on the weather menu for the beginning of this week.  YUCK!

BUT it is warm and sunny inside of ME today!  I'm feeling so good about my weight loss and optimistic about reaching my ultimate goals.  It feels awesome and incredible!

I doubt that I will be able to make it to chat tonight.  Mackenzie (my youngest daughter - 9) has a big project due this week that she needs help with and we are planning to work on it after dinner tonight.  Then I am going to treat myself to a soak in my jacuzzi tub while reading a book!

I hope that all of you are having a terrific day!  Remember to smile and to tell yourself how completely awesome you are!  TTFN!

Glad to pick up on the song in your heart today!

Good morning to you all. Have a wonderful and bright day, no matter what the weather is bringing your way. Here today, it is cold, but sunny. Yesterday was cold and blah. Nice to have the sun shining again.

Well the day had gone, dark again.  Hope everyone had a good chat this evening.  We had a good support meeting here in town.  I enjoyed the brisk walk outdoors this morning.  Slept well during the day and now headed off to work again.  I even got some mending done this evening.

Heated up a combination of cottage cheese, marinara sauce and moz cheese tonight.  Tasted like lasagna without the noodles.  Hit the spot for something warm to eat.  I had turkey chili and cheese partway through the day.

Sleep well everyone.  More great things to come in the morning.

Hugs, Kathy

Just know you were missed at chat tonight. We had 12 people in chat and it was great. We broke it up around 6:20 PM. Some left a bit earlier. Thats when I left and there would have been 2 left in there at that time. Most left about the time I did, or just before. I had to get off to get dinner prepared and feed my hubby and daughter.  Everyone asked about your whereabouts. You are so loved and appreciated here!
Big warm colorado hugs to you kathy!
