angela, glad to see you with our family. three years huh? how are you doing?  i am about 10 1/2 months post op and i wonder if i will be able to keep the weight off.  look forward to getting to know you. vick

Hello Angela, I am so glad you came to the group. That is awesome that you are 3yrs post op. I can't wait to get to know you better. Do you have any advice for the newbies, since I'm just 3 months post-op?
