Let's support these members - surgery this week

Hey Kathy,  I also want to thank you for all of your well wishes.  You have always been great about answering my questions and giving support to so many.  You have been a real blessing.  I am sure that I will have many more questions for you in the weeks ahead as I recover.  I will be saying a special prayer tonigh for all of us of the surgery list this week,'
It has taken a lot of work to join you and the others on the weight loss bench and I will have my seat  tomorrow.  Keep up the great work of sending out support to all of us.

Great big (((((Hugs)))) for you Lena, saving a place on the loser's bench just for you.  I see good things in your future.  Keep up the positive attitude.  Waiting to see what questions you will have after surgery.  Remember, sip, sip, sip, walk, walk, walk, get in the protein.  The quicker you get up and get going after surgery, the better things will be for you.

 Thanks to everyone for the well wishes.  Hope those at home with recent surgery's are recuperating well. I also want to high five all of the surgery date buddy's and wish them all the best.  Other's having surgery are pjgrams  Pam 11/13 and Neecelee 11/10.  We'll be back to sit on the losers bench with y'all.     Hugs ~Joyce
