Good morning "buddies"!  Hope everyone is doing well.  Patrece, I hope all is going smoothly for your move!

What does everyone have planned for today?  I need to get my winter clothes out of the attic and see what (if anything) fits.  No, NOT in the good way, I am still several months pre-op.  I can't wait for this time next year!  I'll be walking the dogs again too, it's another beautiful day here in NW Ohio, 57° already and heading to 68°.  Gotta enjoy it while it lasts!!

I have started using the health tracker here, and I really like it - usually.  We had bacon and eggs for breakfast.  I entered everything, like a good girl, but there's SO MUCH orange in the pie chart!  Sigh.  It's funny too, now that I've 100% committed to logging everything I almost fear going into the kitchen.  I was filling Kongs for the dogs with peanut butter and cheerios... yeah I licked the spoon, before I could even think about it (you know how it is when the PB jar is brand new - that first spoon is pure creamy peanut buttery heaven...lol)!  So I came out here, and estimated there  was about a tablespoon.  Logged it too, adding to the orange of course!

So today I will pump up the activity as much as I can, once I get off the laptop.  I'll try another protein shake sample for lunch, that should help!

Have a great day everyone!

Morning Darlene and the rest of the buddies,

I too, lick the pb spoon at times.  Look forward to an apple with pb.  Crunch and pb goodness.  Both of the dogs look forward to that too, they like apple with their pb, yes we share, otherwise the apple is too big for me.  Speaking of dogs, we enjoyed the weather yesterday, walked around both of the lakes in town, took us an hour.  Last evening went to the gym and walked another hour on the treadmill.  Logged 14,000 steps on the ol pedometer.  You would think that I would be losing pounds.  The scale doesn't move, I can tell that the fat is shifting around.  Found some different muscles in my thigh, hidden under a few layers yet, but they are there.

The weather was ideal for Nov. here in NW MN yesterday.  55 degrees when I was out and about yesterday, sun shining, got my sun dose of vit. D.  At least on my face.  Forecast for today is another nice day, no sun yet.  Gotta brush the dogs today, looking kind of bushy in spots.

What do you have planned for the day?  I have a load of laundry in the washer and looking at the kitchen counter.  Need to organize things to clear the clutter.  Thawing out ground turkey and beef to make a meatloaf later.  Long dog walk again.  Maybe then some time with a puzzle or a book.

Have a great Sunday everyone.  Hugs, Kathy
