Hope everyone is well. I seem to be the early riser here - during the week anyway. I'm up at 4 AM for work!
I hope everyone is doing well. As I mentioned in another post, I am still trying to get acquainted with these boards. MY GOODNESS there's a wealth of information here!! I find I have more and more questions, and I get more fears, and more anticipation too! Sorry, love this guy's antennae lol
I have a lot of work to do yet before I get my rebirth. My goals for today:

Good morning to you as well! YES you are an early riser. Wow.. 4 am is really early. What kind of work do you do?
There is a lot to take in for sure. It can get overwhelming trying to soak it all up, but I found too that researching and reading sure made the time fly by while I was waiting to have surgery.
Great plan for the day! Keep up the reading and learning, ask any questions that pop up, even little ones. Thanks for sharing your journey with us.
My plan for today is to have the remainer of the house packed and as many of the boxes moved as possible before the movers come Sat morning. I load them into my truck (durango) as I get a load done, and take it over and unload it and put everything in the room it goes in. I am putting the kitchen & bathroom stuff away as I take it to save some work later, and to reuse boxes and totes.I am at the tail end of things in the house now... but want to vaccume off all furniture and such before moving it, to avoid taking any unnecessary dog hair with us. The dogs will make plenty of hair mess once we move. Love the dogs! Hate the shedding! What a job keeping up with it
The rest of my Plan for the day is to get in less coffee, more water and to be aware of my nitritional needs and fulfil them as I embark on a very busy day.
Well, it is only 2:45 am as I type. I woke up needing a drink and I think my body thought it had a nice nap! I'm off to hit the pillow for a few more hours before I officially begin my day!

Lost 114 lbs. working on getting rid of a recent 10 lb regain...and WILL succeed!
Good morning ladies! I was exhausted yesterday so I was in bed by 8pm. Gosh that made me feel old, but I got a great night of sleep. Nothing much planned for today, cleaning the bedroom, going through some clothes that no longer fit and taking them to the salvation army.
Kinda bummed cuz when I got on the scale today I actually GAINED a pound from yesterday...what's up with that?????

good morning. sukie, don't worry, probably water retention. have you been exercising? if so, muscle weighs more than fat, keep that in mind. patrece, hope u get your house done soon before you drop. also the lady who started the thread. read,. read, read, sorry i forgot your name. hope everyone has a good day. vick

I'm an admin assitant at a distriubtion center for "a large drug store company" (I have seen them mentioned several times on these boards, so thank you for your support! ) Because my boss starts early, I get to start earlier. That's ok though, I love my hours (6A - 2P), I love my boss, and this company is pretty good to its employees as well.
A question (I'm full of 'em!): I have just started using the Health Tracker here - NICE, not nearly as cumbersome as some others I have used and very informative too! My question: What is an 'acceptable' percentage of protein intake? Carbs? I like the info, just not sure how to use it yet!

Good afternoon. Still up from work last night. Ended up staying into the day shift to help till about 1 pm. I am wound up from the adrenalin buzz from work. Thinking about taking the dogs for a walk while the sun is shining. I know I am going to crash and sleep at some point. Does getting 8200 steps in beween midnight and 1 pm sound like a lot? Felt like a lot when I stepped out of work this afternoon.
