Kind of feeling down...

Next week I have an appointment with my Surgeon again. I will make it a point to ask about my portion sizes and meals. Sometimes I have seen that I can eat about 1/3 cup and I feel fine, not stuffed but satisfied. Then other times when I have 1/4 cup meal I am still hungry afterwards. I didn't realize the hormone thing would happen but that would explain partly why my face is breaking out.

Thank you for your suggestions and help.

I wish you the best of luck and what a fantastic job you have done with your weight loss!

Susan...you are very welcome!  I think my jaw is bruised, because when i read that someone told you 6 months, my jaw dropped and may have hit my desk!  I knew I had to clear that up for you right away, as it is so not how it is.
As I said tho, you will slow in your loss as time goes on. and the further out you get the more you have to really make the right choices and get in the activity. But we knew we had to do this part anyhow.. right?
You are going to be fine! Relax a bit and enjoy this awesome journey. Once you hit a year and a half to two years out ...then be prepared to work for every lb lost! LOL. You have a LOT of loss time left, you are doing awesome in losing weight, no worries girl!
We are here for you! hope you will continue to share your journey with us.
Hugs!

By the way...If you have a hard time with getting in plain water, try a slice of lemon in it, or the pure life or other brands of flavored water that offer no carbs no calories. They are very good. Much easier for me to drink than plain water!
