Did you change your clocks last evening?

Day light savings time change happened while the world slept last night.  Did you remember to change your clocks, or are you going to be an hour early for things this week?  I was at work during the night.  The clocks set themselves automatically.  Time just flew, between 1 and 4 am.  The hands of the clock were spinning quickly to do the adjustment for the time change.  Confused the heck out of me when I would glance to see what time I did rounds.  By 7 am, the clocks had adjusted and I was on time with the world.  Whewwww.  Made it through the time change again.

Super Sunday today.  What do your have planned?  Getting in your protein and supplements?  Getting in your fluids, exercise?  Checking in on someone who will have their surgery this week?  Guess the questions could go on and on.  Did you manage to get through Halloween safe and sound?  No sneaking treats?

My answers, sleep then a dog walk.  Yes and Yes for the protein, supplements and fluids.  Plan to check on others later today.  Made it through the treats without temptation.

Enjoy the first Sunday in November.  Watch out for hunters if you walk in the woods.  Orange is a good idea, could always carry yesterday's jack 'o lantern. lol   Get your yards into tip top shape for the next season, counts for exercise too.

Take care everyone.  I will be checking in after my sleep time. Hugs, Kathy

Yep.. I did in fact remember about time change l;ast night.. then still forgot to change my clocks until this am, which is okay, as I didn't miss any appointments or show up too early anywhere...lol
I used to hate working the night shift on fall time change night. We had to work an extra hour, but did not get paid for it. I had to pay the babysitter for it tho.. go figure!
Today I am going to do my best to do my best in all areas of my wls life and beyond.

Good morning to everyone!

Did not get paid for it?  That does not seem right!  I worked a lot of overnights as welll during the time change but always was paid the extra hour.

Keep the faith

So did everyone I knew...except at the nursing facility I worked at. They claimed that they made sure if you worked that night, you would be scheduled for the time change night in the spring and work one hour less and still get paid for a full shift so it evened out. It DID NOT happen this way for me.. I figured as much too.. ahhh but that was years ago. No babysitters or night shifts anymore.
