Good Morning All of you beautiful people!

I awoke as the sun was coming up. There were some clouds, but not too many. But it made for a remarkable show to wake up to. The reds, oranges, pinks in the east were just gorgeous as the colors broke through and around the clouds in the distance. I stood at my window for several minutes, just totally admiring the beauty of the moment.

I wish you all a beautiful and happy day today. Make today a special day for yourself, even if only by taking time to admire the beauty around you, that you haven't even noiticed in a long time. Also take time to acknowledge and admire your own beauty. We all have it. It is within us. I am not talking about the skin deep kind of beauty, but the true inner beauty that is yours and yours alone.

Have an awesome and beautiful day today!
Hugs to you all.

Lost 114 lbs. working on getting rid of a recent 10 lb regain...and WILL succeed!

I walked outdoors from work this morning to see the daylight, not sunlight.  Thinking ofa few days from now when daylight savings starts.  I will be going to work and coming home in the dark.  This is the time of the year when I miss natural sunlight the most.  When I replaced light bulbs in my craft area in the basement, I installed the bulbs that mimic natural sunlight.  One more good reason to spend time with my craft projects.

Inner beauty, I noticed the other day that I am feeling the shape of a muscle developing in my thigh.  Still burried below the fat tissue, waiting to make a grand appearance one of these days.  I looked at the face of a day old infant last night, the smooth flawless skin, the pucker of lips and the smaking sounds as the baby was stirring and getting ready to feed.  I thought about how infants know when they are hungry, feed to satisfaction and are done.  I strive to be the same.  Eating when I am hungry, just to satisfaction and then on to another aspect of life.  In all honesty, a nap sounds good at the moment.  Take care today everyone.  Hugs, Kathy
