Letter About DS/PCP

I remember a few weeks ago someone had posted a letter, that had details about the DS. It was very informative so that it could be given to PCP, or any Doctor.

Does anyone have a copy of the letter? or Know what I am talking about. Please let me know.

is it possible that it was posted in another group or forum? I don't recall seeing it here. Sorry.. wish I could help you out with this, but I am clueless on where this may have been. Maybe try using the OH site search to look for it? Good luck!
