When I lost it was in jumps.. I'd stall, then lose well for a while, then stall. With stregnth training and work, you may be gaining back some muscle, which is a good thing. It is going to be okay. Don't worry too much. It does gradually start to slow anyhow, after a point. After 3 months out, it will slow noticeablly, but you will keep losing. The more overweight we are the faster it comes off. As we lose and are less overweight, it slows just a tad. It will pick back up now that you are over your stall out. Keep being good to yourself. Know my heart and love are with you.
I too am frustrated cuz I have been working my tail off painting and all, and the scale shows up by a lb or 2. Now whats with that I ask? But I am thinking one day soon here I will get on that scale and be my lowest yet. Our bodies just like to fight letting go of the weight sometimes. We just have to be persistant, and we will win out over our bodies.
