Are you taking vitamin B-12 if not I am taking the subligual B-12 (500mg) has helped alot. Drink lots of water and make sure you are getting your protein in.

Agree with Michelle, get in the fluids, vitamins and protein, you body is saying "what happened to the input of good stuff?  If you don't feed me, I won't do what you want either."  Have a great evening Flo.  Hugs, Kathy

Are you getting breakfast in?  I learned the hard way, since I have been eating my breakfast, I have more energy during the day.
uh Kathy?

My doc told me it's pretty common to feel that way after you stop eating all those extra calories. I can just add what the other's said..vitamins are important. I stopped taking the over the counter ones and get ones from GNC that are made with food products. They are absorbed more easily then chemically produced vitamins.

Even tho it's exactly what you DON'T feel like doing right now...try to get some walks/exercise in. When you exercise your body produces more seretonin and norepinepherine which is like happy juice for your body :) They both give you energy and make you feel good.

Good luck! I hope your feeling better soon!

Hugs

Everyone gave you great and accurate advise. the only thing i would add here is be sure to take your Iron supplements!
If you do not want to do the sublingual b-12, you can get a monthly b-12 injection or there is also a nasal spray of B-12 on the market. VITAMINS are of major importance, as is protein and liquids. The activity WILL help, its hard to get going with it when your energy is low, but if you just get started, you'll feel better before ya know it.
Hugs!
