Why am I so sleepy???

I am soooo sleepy and I cant stand it anymore! Whats wrong with my body? I am taking b-12 sublingula, and multi vites, wearing my cpap like I am supposed to, go to bed early every night etc... But I get so sleepy, and feel fatigued mid morning every day.
Does any other pre-ops feel this way? or Have you felt like this before?
Any ideas on what I need to do?

Are you feeling depressed at all.  Possibility?  How much carbohydrate is in your breakfast?  Sometimes, when I ate more carbs, I would feel like I had just ate the whole thanksgiving turkey.  Try getting up and walking about, some type of exercise when you feel sleepy.  Check with you MD.  Could be something else.  Best wishes.  Hugs, Kathy

Not sure, but I hope you feel better! Monday's are like that for me usually. I was tired frequently pre-surgery.

I was always like this pre-op. Then felt great for a while post-op, and now back to tired all the time. Could be stress or any of the things suggested above. Check with your doc if ti is worsening.
Hugs!

Hi! I am not depressed but I sleep any chance I get. I work mon -fri and every other sat. this last wknd I didn't work but I slept it away. I would love to be out enjoying the beautiful weather but sleep wins every time. I just figure it has something to do with having the surgery & as I continue to lose weight it will get better.

you may need to have you cpap adjusted.  Check with your lung doctor.  he will know what to do.  But rest when you need to.  I had a enlarged heart from having sleep apnea so bad.  That is sooooooooo much better now.   Take care.

Im sorry to hear you are feeling so bad and tired. I havent had surgery yet, but agree you should check with your Drs. I hope you find out  whats going on and start to feel better soon. Sleep depreviation is ruff on anyone especially after surgery's. Sending hugs.
