Good Morning to all of my Buddies here!

I woke up way late yesterday, and way early today. Think the travel has my body all confused.

I wish you all a great start to your day today. I hope today brings you joy, peace and contentment, along with a step forward in your journey, where ever you may be in it. Take a moment this morning to acknowledge your efforts and give yourself a big pat on the back. This journey is exciting, but not always the easiest one. Every effort and each step in the right direction is a victory and deserves to be acknowledged. It helps to keep us motivated and moving forward, and we deserve credit for all we put into our journey. If you slip up here or there, accept yourself as human, make a plan to get through the situation the next time you find yourself faced with it, and just move on. No self beating up allowed! It only sets us farther back. Each slip up is a learning experience that we canuse to our benefit in the future.

Love and hugs to all. Have a wonderful and pleasant day! Hope to see you all in chat this evening!

Good morning Patrece, and everyone reading this post, hope all has a wonderful day. And not too many slip ups, but if you do slip up, please be honest with yourself about it, everyone has to start somewhere, and you must accept it before you can reach out for help with whatever it is you slipped up on.
Now I am tounge tangled with slip ups...

Morning Everyone.

Just getting out of bed and waiting for a call back from the wls office.  That pain in the left side just does not get better, hurts to stand, bend, sit.  The nurse I talked to is getting an order for a CT and will call me back.  It is an hour drive to the surgeon's office, she said that I could do the CT here instead of travel at this point.  Yeaaaa.

I am feeling crabby at this time, don't like not knowing what is going on and don't like hurting.  I have actually gained a few pounds over the weekend.  Not happy about that.  I didn't eat that much.  I just want to feel good and be on the losing track.  Enough whining from this party for this morning.  Check back later to share what I learn.

Please have a great day, I am trying toooooo.  Hugs, Kathy

Morning everyone!  The sun is shinning here on the Western Slope in Colorado, but looks are deceiving, it is chilly outside today! I am thinking that fall is here!  I like it when it starts to cool off and not hot all the time, just don't like what comes next, the COLD!
Kathy, I hope everything checks out in a good outcome, with nothing major going on.  I will keep you in my prayers!
I will be at the chat tonight
