EXPERIENCE WITHOUT REFLECTION IS HOLLOW

I'm up, had to take advantage of Dennis being willing to walk this morning.  It is official, I am a football widow the rest of the day.  He has it figured out where and how he can watch 3 games today, in the basement.  Just got back from the trip around the lake.  The sore spot is still there this morning, just not as bad.  Felt better after walking and deep breathing.  Left a note under your incision thread.  Grabbed a quick instant breakfast shake so I could get out the door before Dennis changed his mind about walking.  Now figuring out the rest of the day.

My lower abdomen is getting lower in front, think that may be part of the pulling I feel on the left, yup the apple shape is heading to a pear shape with gravity.  Headed out later to buy a smaller size of support panty to help support the sag.  It looks funny if I walk around using my hands to support the sagging . there.  Besides that impairs my posture.

I am being good to myself today, smiling at the thought of me holding myself up.  Gretta knew I felt bad last night, when I tried to shift positions in the middle of the night, she was snuggled to my shoulder like there was velcro between us.  She gets more clingy when I am less that up to snuff.

Dennis emptied a peanut butter jar, Oscar cleaned out the remannents and is sleeping next to the empty jar in one of the dog beds under the desk.  I need to clean out the small containers from his bed every once in a while, he takes things to clean and never brings back the empties.  Toodles till later.  Hugs, Kathy

Hey Kathy! Nice to see you. I was wondering where on earth you were too! Glad your absence was for good stuff. My invisable boo-boo always hurt me more when walking, and if I cradled my belly while I walked it helped, so I too got supportive panties to do that job for me and it helped alot. From how you describe things, I am thinking you are having the same invisable boo-boo issue I did. I can't be certain of course, but sounds too familiar. And yes, even the passing of gas helped with mine too.

Have a great day! Have missed ya girl!

Yup, my hidden boo boo is sore, I needed to cough while out walking with Dennis today.  Had him stop and used his body as a splint for that side of my abdomen, helped make the cough a Little easier.  He just gave me a puzzled look, "what was that for?".  Explaining helped a little.  His head is still hard to get through to.  Hugs, Kathy

Hang in there gals.. it will gradually improve. Some peoples feel better within a month. Mine took about 8 months or so to really stop bothering me altogether. We are all so different , yet so similar huh?
