well, well, well, it is the start of the weekend.  how are u all doing?  do u feell like putting on your dancing shoes and goe dancing with the stars?  looks like a drunk dancing, huh?  in fact, i used to dance like that. lol  what do u have planned for fun and fuel today.  i think i will have malt o meal again this am.  i put 2/3 cups powdered milk in it yest and that gave me 16 grams protein.  i get to eat about 3/4 cup of malt o meal now and it really makes it taste good.  i will call my son to see if he and the grandkids want some when they come over.  yes! i get to see my grandbabies.  yeah!!!!!!!!!!
had that pecan crusted trout i've been craaving last night and it sure was good, had about 3.5 oz w 5 penne that were multi grain and had parmesan cheese sprinked on top for protein, also the pasta has more protein in it. barialla brand makes multigrain protein with extra protein now. taste good.
once again, i think i did too much yesterday. got our lamps put up. they look good! got them on sales thru penney's online for 99.00, slashed from 249.00, got three of them.  all floor lamps. trouble with mobile homes is they don't have enough light.  folded clothes and washed clothes. did the dishes. tried to help my hubby out. today is a day of rest though.  how about you?  what glorious plans do u have?  going to climb a mountain? or how about weighing today as a group  and adding up how much the totals are.  or are you desparate and want to just have a good bm .  whatever, i hope u are successful in all you try to do. hugs, vick

Boy that trout sure sounds good.  Glad you got your lamps up and going. And hope you have a good visit with your grandkids. I have Cloie here with me this morning and she sure wants to make alot of noise. lol  My mom is still sleeping, and I cant get it thru to Cloie to be quiet. What does mom expect from a three year old. Man this quiet thing while she sleeps til noon is sure hectic, even when I am here by myself and she is sleeping it is hard to be quiet. Gotta let the dog out and flush the toilet after that BM   you talked about. hehehe, I cant be quiet.
I even try to be quiet typing here because of fear that she will ***** about the sound of it.  what a way to start out a Saturday morning...
We are going to take Cloie home after mom gets up so she can see her daddy when he gets there for a visit.
Guess I must go get her a popsicle now, she has had cereal already, and ready n waiting at the freezer. hahaha

Have a great day!

Yeah she is a pain in the arse... And yes a home of my own is in the future but it will be 6 months before I can apply for HUD, and who knows how long before I get accepted. So I have to put up with all this til whenever??? But I tell myself I can handle it til then.
Sorry to hear about your grandson, and Patreces son as well.
Well wishes and good hopes for all.

Good morning Vick! I hope you have a wonderful day of rest today! Don't over do things lady! I do not want to see you in any more pain! Do you still have your drains in? I am so happy for you that you get to see your grandkids! Thats awesome. Enjoy those kids!

Linda...great to have you back! I missed hearing from you! Enjoy that little lady! And I hope you have a great day after you don't have to worry so much about keeping things quiet!

I am still very exhausted from the trip. I have to get some rest in again here soon, as I am watching my grandbabies from 2 pm until about 9 pm and thats a busy busy time. That on top of being so worn out from this trip ought to prove to be a challenge for sure. I also have to make a grocery store run and pick up all my essentials like cottage cheese, yogurt, fruit and fresh veggies, and some sliced roasted chicken breast. These are my surper easy protein and veggie items that get me through breakfast and lunch most days. So handy.

My son was diagnosed the other day with swine flu. I am hoping and praying the babies do not get it. I know I have already been exposed to him, so just taking extra good care of myself and paul to keep our health up.

Hope everyone has a great weekend! Hugs!

Hello there!

Vickie it sounds like you are putting together some really yummy meals! After surgery I will need lots of advice about that :) I am on my pre-op liquid diet now and still getting used to it.

That lamp deal sounds awesome! I love finding deals like that, I found a work bench for my son (for xmas) for $49 that was on sale from $129! I was so happy :)

Today I am just going to clean the house, do some laundry and go grocery shopping.

I hope you all have a wonderful day!
