Sleepy Rainy Morning...
It is still raining here in Arkansas, and is supposed to continue for the next few days.
This makes for a sleepy day for me, Somebody pull my hair to keep me awake! I have napped every day for the last week, and I am tired of going to bed already... But when yah cant hold your head up, what else do yah do?
I would like to wish all coming from surgery a speedy recovery, and well wishes for all going in for surgery. I am just hanging out waiting on my date.
I think I have all the test results gathered up that were done. (gonna have a serious talk with PCP) I have an apt there on the 25th, and will get them all faxed over to Dr. Bakers office that day I hope. Then from there I wait for appointment with the NUT and Dr. Baker.
Dr. Bakers nurse said it would be ok to go ahead and change PCP's, but I prefer to wait til surgery is scheduled and things are going smoothly. I feel a bumpy ride coming if I do this now. You know how your gut tells yah not to do something, well mine is telling me not to switch yet for some odd reason. (guess I will figure out why someday)
I would like to share an interesting article and site with you all, this was posted by Willow this morning and I want to share it with those of you who didnt get the post.

i bet u are ready to put those cigs down today? huh? they might want to do ur surgery in a month and u need to be cig free. if u have medicare, they don't submit for approval. medicare does not preapprove. it is kind of like a crapshoot. they gather all the info and decide if u would meet the criteria. then after the surgery they submit and then medicare decides if they will pay the bill that has already occurred. my doctor's office is real good about deciding if you meet the guidelines for medicare to pay and i imagine so is yours. so once they get those tests, i bet they want to set a date real soon afterwards. good luck to you. vick

Linda, just pop on up here, going to take the critters out as soon as Dennis gets up. Are you still working your wheel/bike thingy? Good to go with the flow until the time is right for changing pcp, who knows, you and pcp may just see eye to eye in a few weeks.
Read the article, yes, good to focus on something other than the number on the scale. Thank you. Your time will be here before you know it. Do all that you can to be in the best possible place in life when you get the much awaited call. Don't let the rain stop you too much, I kept hoping that I would melt in the rain like a sugar cube. It doesn't happen, water will not make the sweet ladies that we are melt. Nothing else, do the steps, use them like climbing blocks, even up one step and back down. Don't spend too much time with CSI today, it is addicting, I can spend yours with it as well.
Have a great one. Hugs, Kathy

Wish I could just pop on up there, anything but rain would be good for me right now. I have been staying so sleepy everyday it is pitiful. I am taking b-12's now trying that to see if I can stay awake.
Yes I still have the bike pedals and use them from time to time now that I am back home from my sisters. Mom moved them into the spare room while I was gone, I asked her not to be putting my things away like that, but it is her house and she does exactly the opposite of whatever I ask her. I am even gonna have to keep my foodstuffs in the spare bedroom in a cabinet after surgery... Isnt that a hoot? I cant have a cabinet in the kitchen .
I will try not to do an all day CSI, it is very addicting. Gonna try and get my puter back like I had it before the shutdown.
Have a wonderful day!
