Pureed meatloaf

Tried something that reminds me of things that are comfort food.  Made meatloaf for supper.  Baked a potato for Dennis and a yam for me.  Pureed a couple tablespoons of each.  Topped the pureed meat loaf with a little greek yogurt instead of ketchup.  Greek yogurt reminds me of sour cream, and made the puree slide down easy.  The meatloaf even still looked like meatloaf, just much smaller pieces after pureeing.  Oh yes, it tasted like meatloaf too.  Only got 1 bite of the yam and several of the meatloaf before I was stuffed.  Mmmmmmm, so very different from carnation shakes.

What is everyone else having, I could use an idea for a couple of days from now, leftovers planned for tomorrow.

Oh yes, Dennis hasn't figured it out, added powdered milk to the egg mix to increase the protein content.  What he doesn' know doesn't hurt him.

Some people might not support my WLS decision.
Those people remind me of slinkys. Not good for much but it would would bring a smile to my face if someone pushed them down the stairs.

I've read posts on other boards where people talk about greek yogurt, I finally found some the other day.  The protein content in it sure beats the fruit flavored ones.  Looking for more ways to use it.  A 7 oz. container has 130 cal. and 17 grams of protein.  A 6 oz. container of my 80 cal/container yogurt has only 5 grams of protein.  Plus I found a local source the other day when I was in the local co-op food store.  Of course I can't eat a whole container of either at one sitting, but any little bit of extra protein helps.
