 Well the record was broken, I am no longer on a steady diet of instant breakfast shakes.  Real food tasted good, and I am still full from supper.  Coming up with a protein snack before bed. 

Sue, Flo and Glennis should be done with surgery and on their way to healing.  Welcome to the loser's bench .  I see that schmikam and ladydee47 are having surgery tomorrow.  Kim and foxymama should be getting close to discharge tomorrow or the next day.  Hope the pain is well controlled for everyone.
