Just do the NEXT RIGHT thing

This is my favorite slogan. It has brought me through some very difficult times in the past couple of years. When life feels overwhelming and I feel almost Paralized by the stress of not knowing what to do or how to do it, I just Take a moment. Take a few deep cleansing breaths, then I Release all of the pressures for a moment.  Instead of allowing the "whole picture" and all of the stress consume me, I break it down in bite sized pieces and just focus on  "what needs to happen next" and whats the right way to do it. Then I follow through. And I move through my day in this fashion. It really takes a lot of pressure off and allows one to be more effective in what they are trying to accomplish.

Keep this in mind too, as you are choosing your foods and activities or lack there of today. Just take a moment to ask yourself whats the next right thing to eat or do... taking it one moment and one decision at a time, and you will feel the overwhelm start to vanish.

I wish you all a wonderful day. A fulfilling day. A day of peace and personal joy. Do one thing, even something small to love yourself today.

I like doing the cleansing breaths, really lets stress escape.  My thing to love myself today is to get off my butt and get it moving.  Have a great one Patrece and everyone.
