Woo Hoo! Today I am off of the 20 pound weight restriction!  And I am heading for the gym this morning for my first session with my coach.  I am a bit nervous and also intimidated by the idea of being in a gym with all the "skinny" people.  But, he and his team assure me that it will all be okay.

I made it through the first day at the gym   My coach is so very nice, actually the owner of the gym.  Plus, my son goes there for his work experience for school with his special needs class.  I walked on the treadmill, went over a mile in 30 min, for me that is pretty good.  But was walking faster than I normally do.  He told me before I left I could come back and do it again if I felt up to it.  When I got done with the first 30 min my legs were hurting.  I just smiled and told him sure thing.  I just didn't tell him when I got done I felt as if I was going to .  But, he is very knowledgeable with the gastricbyass, that is reassuring in its self.

I have only lost 2 more pounds this past week.  I have been having the hard time getting my protein in.  But, I am doing better with that, so hopefully it will come off more as I exercise more and get that lovely protein in.

Good for you, I started going and using the treadmill, much slower that before surgery, my incisions get a little irritated with the tummy jiggle.
